Sarah Campbell is a vinyasa flow, hatha and yin yoga teacher. She uses precise cues and carefully considered sequencing to teach intelligent and accessible yoga. Her classes are a balance between playful practice and mindful movement. Sarah has been practicing yoga since 2004 and teaching since 2012. She trained to teach at triyoga UK under Mimi Kuo-Deemer and Jean Hall, and has continued her training with leading teachers including Jason Crandell, Katy Appleton, Kristen Campbell and Pam Chang. Originally from London, Sarah moved to Seattle, USA, in 2015.
