Ep 2 – 10 Minutes of Flow

Here’s about ten minutes of sun salutation flow you can do to wake you up. Use it on its own or as a prep for standing poses.  We’ll start with some half sun salutations and then do a few rounds of lunge based flow to get you cranking. This is what I ALWAYS do in my practice and in class.  Enjoy! (all levels/10 minutes)
