Ep. 3 – 7 Minutes with a Strap

Seven minutes on the ground stretching your hamstrings and hips with a strap. Simple and super effective and a great everyday practice to get more freedom and mobility in the legs, hips, and lower back.  Try before practice or just when you feel like a stretch. All you need is a yoga strap or something like it, say a belt or a robe tie, and a yoga block, or a big paperback book.  Let me know how it goes! (All levels/ 7 minutes)
